I found PuentePrime Appliance Repair while browsing online, looking for someone who knows their way around a wine chiller repair. My Frigidaire unit was acting up, and I didn't want to risk my favorite bottles. Jay, the technician, showed up on time and got right to work. He seemed to know his stuff, especially with wine chiller repair, which was a relief. It was clear he had experience and wasn't just guessing. Explained what the issue was, something about the cooling system, maybe. Anyway, he fixed it faster than I expected. Didn't even try to upsell me, which was nice for a change. Gotta say, if anyone's in the Industry, CA area and needs help with their wine chiller repair, give these guys a call. The price was reasonable too—definitely worth it.
